You will be responsible for working out how to address challenging problems for clients, using a range of techniques to produce analysis that can give them direction
You will work with quant and qual research, data and analytics to produce recommendations that lead to great user experiences and technical products
You will recommend and work to implement improvements to processes by using methodologies like UML, BPMN or Six Sigma
You will work with product and service owners to priortise features, develop roadmaps and implementation plans and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
You will define and measure the success of products and services
You will elicit and document both functional and non-functional requirements, translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle
You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary, agile team, working collaboratively with clients, Transform team members and other suppliers to create impact
You’ll play a part in our Community of Practice, supporting your peers to develop and learn, and doing so yourself
You will support with line management of junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and helping to nurture their development

Experienced working in multi-disciplinary, agile delivery teams at all stages of the product lifecycle
Happy helping teams and stakeholders decide what to do by putting evidence at the forefront of decision-making
working with a variety of data and disciplines to develop and produce analysis, including user research, data and analytics
