You will implement Microsoft Teams Phone solutions and ensure smooth telephony for our customers.
You will develop smart voice architectures for efficient communication.
You will support migrations to Teams Phone and ensure secure, trouble-free operation.
You will integrate SIP trunks, VoIP components and existing telephone systems into Microsoft Teams, including the configuration of SBCs.
You will manage number porting, operate the solution in a stable manner and ensure quality with CQD and call analytics.
You will focus your second area of expertise specifically on projects.

You have experience with Teams Phone and migrations from PBX environments.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate confidently with customers.
You are curious, enjoy testing new technologies and are not afraid of innovative solutions.
Ideally, you are also familiar with Microsoft Collaboration (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform or Co-Pilot).
You communicate confidently in German and English.
