Responsible for designing, administering, and establishing system standards for messaging and communication team solutions including Microsoft Exchange Online and email security
Provide support, analysis, and remediation on escalated support incidents from our help desk
Perform solution administration tasks, including reviewing and monitoring event logs/performance KPIs and baselines
Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
Develop and test disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity plans
Capacity planning and yearly budgeting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related major preferred
At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Online and email security solutions
Working experience with eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, and compliance processes
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Knowledge of external email routing and configuration including MX records, SPF, DMARC, DKIM
Familiarity with Entra ID and the Microsoft 365/M365 suite of solutions
