Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify and build a robust pipeline of potential education clients that fit our ideal customer profile.
Outbound/Inbound Prospecting: Actively engage prospects through schedule calls, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to initiate conversations and build initial interest.
Qualification and Discovery: Ask targeted questions to uncover potential clients' needs, pain points, and alignment with the benefits of our client's solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with our client and internal teams to understand product offerings and contribute with valuable insights for enhancing lead generation strategies
CRM Management: Diligently track and update lead fields in Salesforce and other systems, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
Performance: Coachable and organized to execute different tasks with accuracy (update salesforce, follow cadences, return to prospect’s calls).
Requirements
C2 level of Spanish
Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales or sales outbound experience
Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools like Google Suite
Direct vital or professional experience with the Educational Sector of the market regions (Preferred)
Self-Motivation: A high-energy individual who thrives in a results-driven environment (Preferred)

Salary: 19.086,85 € gross/year + up to 2.290,42€ gross/year in bonus
