About this role
Role Overview
Collect, verify, and organize documentation submitted by clients.
Complete and submit registrations and forms within Edidesk systems.
Monitor application status and keep clients informed about deadlines, pending items, and approvals.
Assist in drafting and reviewing declarations, certificates, and technical forms.
Serve as the point of contact between clients and Edidesk, addressing questions and forwarding requests.
Ensure compliance and standardization of submissions according to Edidesk criteria.
Report project progress to the operations manager and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Possess a CNPJ or be willing to register one.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail for handling official documentation.
Availability for meetings during business hours.
Organization and discipline to manage critical deadlines.
Proactivity to anticipate issues and prevent delays.
Clear communication with clients and team members.
Commitment to the quality of deliverables.
Previous experience with calls for proposals (editais), accreditation, or document management.
Familiarity with digital registration and tracking tools.
Experience in client service or consulting.
