We’re looking for a Senior Business Consultant to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of transformative solutions for our customers.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted expert who understands customer needs deeply, translates them into meaningful solution designs, and ensures our technology is implemented in a way that drives measurable value.
You’ll guide clients through complex change, influence key decisions, and ensure solutions are simple, scalable, and aligned to best practice.
This role reports to the Consulting Manager and does not include people management responsibilities, but it plays a significant part in guiding quality, design decisions, and project success.

Senior consulting experience in IT or software implementation environments
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Access and advanced Word)
Strong process and data modelling experience (UML or similar)
Ability to deliver end-user and system admin training
Experience with functional, integration, or UAT testing
Basic SQL proficiency and understanding of XML and cloud architectures (Azure/AWS)
Data migration experience (advantageous)
Exceptional workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse complex problems, anticipate risks, and develop balanced solutions
Strong decision-making capability with sound judgement and ownership
