Lead end-to-end Workday project delivery, including implementation planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management
Manage client communications, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and manage detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of all Workday-related deliverables
Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
Coordinate between client teams and internal Workday consultants across functional and technical workstreams
Support post-deployment transition, knowledge transfer, and client stabilization
Ensure documentation and project artifacts meet compliance and quality standards
Lead internal and client-facing change management and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate across teams in the U.S. and India to support a seamless onshore-offshore delivery model
Requirements
5+ years of Workday project management experience, specifically managing Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, or Financials)
Workday certification is required (e.g., Workday PM, Workday HCM, or related)
Proven success managing cross-functional Workday teams and client-facing engagements
PMP certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills (domestic & international)
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with project metrics, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma a plus)
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
