Crafting excellent products! As a Software Engineer, you will be building new features that meet the needs of our client's customers;
Working closely with your team, regularly collaborating on engineering initiatives, to continually push yourselves to be better;
Learning, growing, and mentoring the engineering team to accelerate their career growth and encourage them to progress;
Being responsible for the production operation and monitoring of products in line with SLAs;
Driving good practices within your team;
Participating in regular show and tells, promoting your work to both your department and the wider company.

Strong experience with Go (language-agnostic mindset preferred)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms — currently operating across multi-cloud
Proven experience building custom SaaS applications and robust APIs
Experience developing or integrating decentralised systems, data infrastructure, or distributed technologies
Deep understanding of modern deployment pipelines, including Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Flux
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and enhance workflows
Familiarity with Red Panda and multi-cloud deployment environments is a plus.
