Strategic legal advice: Support our teams with practical, solution‑oriented counsel, identify legal risks and develop sustainable solutions together with stakeholders.
Negotiations: Conduct contract negotiations with our customers and partners domestically and internationally.
Legal process optimization: Collaborate within the legal team and with business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and create tangible value for the company.
Cross‑functional collaboration: Act as a point of contact and driver for legal matters across the company, helping teams achieve their objectives on a solid legal foundation.
Compliance and regulation: Develop and oversee processes to ensure that all our activities comply with legal requirements, particularly in IT law, data protection and other compliance areas.
Requirements
You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/x) with at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in IT (contract) law.
You take business ownership by designing and implementing legal-related processes within the company.
Ideally, you have prior experience in compliance and data protection matters or an interest in co-responsibility for these areas.
You are experienced in communicating complex legal issues clearly and understandably.
Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken.
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a proactive working style with a focus on business processes.
You are willing to work regularly from our modern office in Mannheim (at least 3 days per week).
