Role Overview
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Supporting internal stakeholders in day-to-day legal questions
- Assisting in legal risk assessments on various topics
- Creating, developing, and maintaining legal processes and guidelines
- Supporting the development and implementation of legal policies across the organization
- Developing and managing contract templates
- Supporting and monitoring compliance-related matters
- Assisting other legal team members in various legal and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Relevant educational background (Master of Laws)
- you may be a recent graduate, or in the final stages of your studies
- Some relevant work experience (e.g. in a law firm or in-house legal roles); international experience is considered an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive and self-driven working style
- Professional proficiency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
