Manage client billing and accounts receivable
Act as a liaison between financial flows and accounting
Debt collection and monitoring of B2B customer receivables
Monitor aged balances and outstanding receivables (analysis, account reconciliation/clearing, etc.)
Participate in monthly and annual closing activities (accruals / doubtful accounts / intercompany entries, etc.)
Reporting and monitoring of DSO
Administrative tasks related to the department
Internal / external relations
External: Clients, Statutory auditors, External agencies
Internal: Sales teams, Assistants, Accounts Payable, Financial Control/Controlling, Treasurer

Education equivalent to Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary diploma) in Finance, Accounting or Management
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B, E‑commerce and/or distance selling/mail-order (VAD)
Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of SAP is a plus
Good knowledge of general accounting and experience in a multi-analytical environment
Comfortable using English
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, autonomy, initiative and strong interpersonal skills
