Process and execute payroll for clients and oversee all payroll processes
Independently coordinate and submit reports to social security agencies and tax authorities
Serve as the point of contact for clients on payroll-related questions, both by phone and in writing
Collaborate with the team and provide mutual support in daily operations
Monitor and implement legal and regulatory updates in payroll accounting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
At least one year of experience in payroll accounting
IT affinity and willingness to learn new software and processes
Customer-oriented, flexible, and independent working style
Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment of teamwork
