Design and execute high-performing outbound sequences (tools, automation, cadences)
Identify, qualify, and engage schools that are not yet familiar with the solution
Manage the full sales cycle and maximize conversion
Run inbound and outbound pipelines with discipline
Deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals with accuracy and empathy
Prioritize quality over quantity — every lead matters
Grow revenue through upsells and expansion
Together with the Customer Success team, identify upsell opportunities within the client portfolio across our evolving product range (new modules every quarter)
Collaborate with the founders and the marketing team to launch campaigns and test new approaches
Capture and apply learnings
Document best practices, winning pitches, and common objections
Contribute to the creation of the Sales Playbook to streamline onboarding for future sales hires
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, managing end-to-end cycles (prospecting → closing)
You enjoy building from scratch: testing, structuring, iterating, and scaling a commercial engine
You are autonomous, rigorous, and driven to make an impact
You can close deals methodically and with empathy, honestly and directly
You are proficient with modern sales tools (CRM, automation, outbound stack…)
