Develop new qualified business opportunities via lead generation through current and new partner relationships
Develop strategic pipelines to increase sales and market share through partner channels
Promote consistent collaboration and planning between partners, sales, audit services, marketing, and business development teams
Establish and execute sales strategies with sales management
Report on pipeline, and progress towards company goals
Oversee partner activities such as forecasts, marketing, and relationship development
Collaborate with partners to identify leads and campaign for closing new businesses
Create KPIs, metrics, dashboards and performance accountability systems
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree – business-related field preferred
3+ years of experience of successful channel program management, experience in GRC, cyber security or SaaS software preferred but not required
Proven track record of scaling and orchestrating a channel operation
Strong recruiter of channel partners
Existing network of Channel relationships strongly preferred
Highly motivated and able to work in a dynamic company and industry
Strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills
Professional, with excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills
Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to pull projects over the finish line
Demonstrated success in managing complex business relationships and driving successful programs
Ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and projects and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to translate data and clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to recipients in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including understanding of deadlines and the sales process
