Sitting within the Operate domain, the Senior BI Analyst will be working on our flagship agentic solution called VEGA
Build innovative, data-first BI solutions — with a strong focus on Agentic-AI powered dashboards
Work directly with customers (including early adopters) to test, refine, and improve dashboards, leading conversations confidently and independently
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to translate customer needs into meaningful, actionable dashboards
Compile, clean, and analyse large data sets to identify trends and unlock insights
Build robust and efficient data sources for BI reporting and dashboards
Provide recommendations to improve data integration, quality, and usability
Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders

Strong data visualisation skills and proven experience working with BI tools — ThoughtSpot (preferred), or equivalent platforms (Tableau etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Confidence and enthusiasm in customer-facing discussions; able to lead dashboard testing sessions and gather direct feedback
Highly numerate, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Clear, effective communication skills
Working hours to overlap with UK working hours (minimum 5 hours)
