Ensure program designs reflect actual installation guidelines and minimums for measures in applicable markets.
Develop technical training materials and conduct training for internal and external participants.
Serve as organization technical spokesperson; approves technical communication and representation to partner programs, clients, regional technical forums/boards.
Deliver trade ally training.
Understand evaluation risks and develop and communicate strategies.
QC complex measure and modeling runs.
Develop protocols for interpretation of specifications, guidelines, manuals, and technical requirements.
Provide building science adjustments to measures from contractors.

Perform post-work inspections of contractor installed energy efficiency measures.
Review documents for technical accuracy and sound building science practices.
Attend and participate in required program meetings and training courses.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
Time and schedule management skills are a MUST.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant industry experience required (e.g. HVAC, electrical, residential construction, building maintenance, general contracting, etc.)
BPI Building Analyst Professional (BA-P) certification or the ability to obtain a BA-P certification within the first 60 days of employment is required
Excellent communication, organizational, mathematical, and documentation skills; meticulous attention to detail
High school diploma
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Salesforce experience preferred
Knowledge with Energy Star, AHRI, and NREL Standard Work Specifications a plus
