Role Overview
- Manage the entire purchasing process, from order placement through receipt and expense recording;
- Conduct supplier quotations and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
- Control payments, ledger entries and financial reconciliations;
- Perform administrative and operational routines related to the finance area;
- Prepare and update performance reports and financial KPIs;
- Maintain organization and proper filing of financial documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (ideally in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
- Previous experience with financial routines, especially collections and operational processes
- Organized, detail-oriented profile with a strong sense of responsibility (ownership)
- Fluent in English
- Must reside in Belo Horizonte, MG
