Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to achieve the targeted MTTR.
Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability.
Identify opportunities for MKS Equipments, collaborate with global stake holders to provide the best value proposition to meet domestic customer needs and requirements.
Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams, and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment strategy to ensure optimum chemistry performance at customers.
Provide necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and resolve breakdowns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights on market dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with Strong Electro – mechanical knowledge is required
Experience with use of latest equipment control processes is required.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in equipment support
Experience in equipment support to Electroplating / surface finishing industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
