Conduct in-depth technical analyses and provide accurate, relevant tax advice on direct and/or indirect taxes;
Lead and supervise tax due diligence projects, identifying and assessing tax risks associated with transactions and business operations;
Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax burden and maximize benefits for our clients;
Contribute to maximizing results by proposing alternatives for better utilization of tax credits and fiscal incentives;
Prepare analyses of tax legislation and its application across clients’ various sectors by monitoring legislative changes and researching complex topics;
Provide advisory services on specific tax matters, offering clear legal solutions and strategic guidance;
Support the tax litigation team;
Ensure effective client management and experience, and identify business opportunities.

Law degree (graduated between 2016 and 2021) with active OAB registration
Additional coursework in Accounting
Experience with direct and/or indirect tax legislation and social charges (ICMS, PIS and COFINS, IPI, IRPJ and CSLL)
Knowledge of Tax Reform
Experience in tax advisory work covering individuals (personal taxation), wealth/estate planning, and legal entities
Experience in tax consultancies and/or law firms
Availability to work in a hybrid format and for occasional travel.
