Role Overview

• Active prospecting (phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn)
• Lead screening focused on ICP, pain points, decision-making authority, and investment potential
• Scheduling meetings with the sales team
• Complete CRM entry with history and next steps
• Participation in internal meetings (dailies, reviews, and alignment meetings)
• Creation of prospecting lists according to the company’s strategy
• Monitoring metrics and weekly productivity
• Ensuring the quality of scheduled leads, respecting the company's criteria
