Submissions to IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics)
Import of files and reports
Retrieval and generation of reports and statements in portals and internal systems
Submission of ISS (municipal service tax) rate information
Issuance and filing of ISS for both own and withheld payments
Maintenance of the Fiscal Cash Book (Livro Caixa)
Accounting and tax bookkeeping
Calculation of taxes, filing of tax payment slips and submission of declarations
Closing of the balance sheet and preparation of accounting and tax statements
Preparation of accounting and tax statements for lower-complexity companies
Calculation and control of withheld taxes and related declarations
Validation of SPED ECD file
Handling and monitoring of tax installment agreements
System parameterization/configuration
Client service and guidance
Occasional participation in client meetings, accompanied by a supervisor
Review and guidance of interns' and assistants' activities
Support in preparing individual income tax returns (IRPF)

Currently studying or graduated in Accounting
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Experience in an accounting firm
Strong knowledge of accounting bookkeeping
Strong knowledge of tax calculation for Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) regimes, and submission of their tax filings
Experience in client service
