Analyze prospective clients’ needs, identifying technical challenges and opportunities to implement information security, information privacy, and cybersecurity solutions.
Assist in customizing solutions to meet clients’ specific requirements, working closely with R&D teams.
Support the development of success stories and case studies based on previous implementations to demonstrate the value of DropReal solutions.
Maintain ongoing communication with sales, product, and post-sales teams to ensure consistency and continuity of solutions offered to clients.
Develop and present detailed technical proposals that demonstrate how DropReal’s solutions meet clients’ specific requirements.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and differentiators of cybersecurity, security governance, and information privacy solutions.
Lead proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot projects, configuring and demonstrating the effectiveness of proposed solutions in client-controlled environments.
Stay current with industry technologies and trends, including defensive security, offensive security, threat intelligence, and cybersecurity technologies, to provide accurate and relevant technical advice.
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information), preparing necessary technical documentation and ensuring responses align with the company’s capabilities and offerings.
Requirements
Proficient with CRM tools.
Knowledge of office applications.
Strong communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP.
Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity solutions.
Certifications in cybersecurity solutions are desirable.
Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Familiarity with industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE, ISO 27001/27701, among others).
