About this role
Role Overview
Design and implement sales compensation plans aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of plan rules, eligibility criteria, and payout structures.
Communicate plan details and provide training to stakeholders.
Support annual and quarterly quota-setting processes and ongoing management.
Manage compensation workflows, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates to senior executives.
Oversee commission deliverables to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
Ensure adherence to governance policies and audit requirements.
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on attainment, payouts, and trends.
Maintain account and territory assignment details.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
4–6 years of experience in sales operations, finance operations, or related fields.
Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel for budgeting and planning, and ability to consolidate data from multiple systems.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including navigating standard/custom objects, reports, dashboards, and Einstein Analytics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
