Strategy and Operations Associate

Role Overview

• Drive analytical initiatives within the Strategy & Operations team
• Lead data-centric projects, including contract analysis and data reviews
• Collaborate with the Strategy Team to document internal operational strategies
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to implement operational change
• Collaborate with the BI team to enhance data quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Strong proficiency with Excel modeling and data extraction
• 1+ years in management consulting, business operations, data analytics, or a related field
• A love of problem-solving, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
