Turn concepts into visuals: support the creation and maintenance of visual identities and consistent graphic systems.
Work in a squad: collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters and performance teams, actively participating in briefings, discussions and checkpoints.
Research, reference and test: support the senior team with visual repertoire, references and creative ideation.
Ensure visual coherence: safeguard consistency, attention to detail and alignment with each client’s brand positioning.
Requirements
Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
Proficiency in Figma for building components, Auto Layout and organizing visual files.
Ability to produce assets with a clear conversion objective (scroll-stoppers, clicks, leads, actions).
Versatility to work with faster tools when needed (Canva, Google Slides).
Plus: experience or interest in Jitter and basic motion design.
