Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the field
- Background in backend development with expertise in Python
- Familiarity with at least one major backend framework
- Experience across diverse languages and frameworks
- Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices, microservices, and orchestration at scale
- Proficiency with SQL databases and schema design
- Experience working in an LLM/AI environment (prompt engineering)
- Ability to turn ambiguous challenges into actionable plans
