Role Overview
What You’ll Own
Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities
Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability
Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations
Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations
Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements
Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1 hr/day)
Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting
Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance
Requirements
Experience
**
2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement**
Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)**
Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)**
Closed deals in the €10k–€120k range**
Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling
Skills

Fluent English (
