Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads
Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients
Generate new leads through cold calls and emails
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads
Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience
Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal)
Can work independently and under pressure
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)
Client management experience is a plus
