About this role
Role Overview
Lead the Service desk, incident handling and monitoring teams, own respective platforms and services
Manage services development roadmap and team activities backlog
Ensure necessary and up to date team competences
Manage relevant assets, expenses, contracts, external supplier services
Ensure governance and control requirements are fulfilled in your area
Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in the company and with vendors
Requirements
Passionate for IT service quality management, fast yet secure and controlled service fulfilment
Knowledgeable in IT service management methodologies
Experienced as a leader for large IT team is a big plus
Flexible and willing to take ownership
Outgoing & positive team player
Diligent, able to work in regulated environment
Interested in building relationships in company and outside parties
Able to inspire and motivate distributed teams
Fluent in English, verbal and written
