You have a good enough understanding of the research process to manage a simple project.
Collaborate well with and act as a liaison for PST.
Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions.
Brief external moderators.
Check the status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally.
Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects.
Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
Listen with an open mind to colleague's feedback on your work.
Grow experience by presenting internally.
Attend client presentations and can answer questions that relate to your analyses.
Gain experience and exposure to clients by supporting more senior consultants with project related tasks and communications.
Follow marketing content for own interest and to develop knowledge about offerings.
Build social professional profile and become an active networker.
Pitch role naturally and understand the commercial objectives and targets of the team.

A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
