As part of the B2C Retention team, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing B2C customers.
You will support them with renewing their current subscription or booking a follow-up subscription and provide individual, targeted advice — from suitable options and vehicle changes to our loyalty program.
With your sensitivity to our customers' needs and preferences, you will ensure they find the best possible mobility solution and enjoy a first-class customer experience.
Requirements
You enjoy customer contact and ideally already have some experience in customer advisory, customer sales, or customer service. Entry-level candidates are also welcome!
You are service-oriented and work independently to resolve customer issues.
You are a strong communicator — both written and verbal. You adapt easily to different conversational partners.
You are structured and detail-oriented, you question existing processes and enjoy optimizing your work.
You speak fluent German and are confident in English.
