About this role
Role Overview
Prospect and engage potential clients (clinics and healthcare professionals) via email, phone, social media and other channels.
Qualify leads according to the ideal profile and prepare the path to conversion: understand needs, context and challenges.
Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Nurture and follow up with leads, maintaining relationships with empathy and professionalism.
Record and manage interactions and data in the CRM/automation system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize messaging, funnels and results.
Actively pursue continuous improvement: test approaches, provide feedback and suggest improvements.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and clarity.
Proactive, resilient profile with a focus on results and targets.
Organized and disciplined to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
Ability to learn and use CRM, automation tools and other internal systems.
Genuine willingness to learn about the healthcare sector and understand the pain points of those served — this makes a difference.
Robust experience is not required, but prior experience in sales, customer service or prospecting will be valued.
