Implementation of GEN AI services in clients' legal departments, adapting to specific needs and workflows
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets expectations
Conducting meetings to gather business rules and understand processes
Creating detailed documentation with defined rules and workflows
Developing and optimizing prompts to generate accurate responses aligned with client rules
Conducting solution acceptance testing before go-live, validating rules and workflows
Post-deployment follow-up: providing support, monitoring performance, and making adjustments as necessary
Supporting automation projects, ensuring effective delivery of client requirements

Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Technology
Previous customer-facing experience (experience in environments using Generative AI is a plus)
Strong data analysis and information validation skills
Experience creating prompts for AI tools
Skills in requirements gathering and technical documentation
