As a Manager, you will support clients facing significant pressure to adapt their business and operating models;
You will work across a broad range of operational restructuring assignments and help organizations deliver sustainable improvements in areas such as cost reduction, cash management and working capital management;
You translate complex analyses into practical recommendations and support clients in implementing and delivering change initiatives;
Your responsibilities will include strong understanding of client challenges to contribute insight and value to transformation programmes;
Analyse complex information and translate it into structured, pragmatic recommendations, for example in operational improvement opportunities, rapid cost reduction and operating model redesign;
Drive the implementation of these recommendation together with the client and the team in a rapid but sustainable fashion;
Perform cashflow sensitivity analysis, financial baselining and forecast reviews, and prepare presentations and reports for key stakeholders such as Board members and senior management;
Build strong client relationships and support the further build-out of the practice via commercial initiatives.
Requirements
You bring experience from operations, advisory or ideally both, with a strong foundation in both financial and operational analytics;
You are analytical and able to turn complex challenges into structured and actionable solutions;
You work effectively with a range of stakeholders, stay effective in a changing environment and actively contribute to the development of colleagues and teams around you;
You have experience with topics such as working capital, supply chain optimisation, and cash management;
You have worked on complex operational change programmes and are confident in stakeholder management;
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English, and you can clearly synthesize analysis into presentations and reports.
