Role Overview
- Lead the optimization and management of our ServiceNow HR platform, employee and communications portals (Unily), company intranet, and external corporate web pages
- Collaborate across HR, Communications, IT, and business teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences for employees and external audiences
- Report to the Director, Global People Solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, portals, intranets, or corporate web pages, with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence partners
