You will be responsible for developing existing clients and ensuring alignment between the commercial promise and the value delivered. You will also create the conditions for project teams to succeed.
Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities in the public sector
Build and maintain a healthy, forecasted sales pipeline
Lead complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, IT departments/DSI, business units)
Generate new leads through networking, pitches, events and other prospecting channels
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients and represent all group entities to them
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, digital departments, IT departments/DSI, business units)
Proactively pitch our offerings to your clients
Identify new needs within clients to expand our footprint
Ensure complete client satisfaction and implement action plans when necessary
Maintain continuity of the client relationship with the project team (kick-offs, steering committees, ceremonies, governance) and track progress
Ensure teams have the right conditions to successfully deliver projects
Frame the value proposition of our offers based on your knowledge of the client context
Contribute to drafting clear, inspiring and impactful proposals alongside the Bid Management team
Demonstrate the ROI of our offerings and showcase value through our use cases and expertise
Participate in solutioning strategy (solution design, pricing)
Ensure proper contractual management, quotes and administrative sales documentation
Ensure invoices are paid within the deadlines specified by the contracts we hold
Requirements
You hold a degree from a top-tier university or business school
3 to 8 years of sales experience in consulting (including at least 3 years in consulting assignments)
Knowledge of public sector challenges and public procurement
Proficiency in account management techniques and methodologies
Strong curiosity about technology and how digital products work
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate leadership to engage colleagues in complex sales cycles
Rigorous in prioritizing tasks and managing your performance
Proactive and eager to progress quickly
