Lead Campaign Launches: Oversee planning, execution, and provide optimization recommendations (proactively and on a cadenced basis).
Plan and execute campaigns, providing optimization recommendations.
Primary Contact for Operations: Coordinate internal account operations and technical integrations.
Work with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery and resolve technical issues.
Educate on Advertising: Conduct training sessions, office-hours, and provide resources.
Educate advertisers on product knowledge to improve their campaigns.
Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for advertising best practices.
Consult on Media Plans: Advise on media plans to meet objectives and develop tailored strategies.
Develop KPI-driven recommendations and inform future strategies.
Track Key Data: Maintain accurate reporting and processes; create standardized processes (e.g., templates, reports, media planning).
Analyze performance data and develop KPI-driven recommendations.
Identify Upsell Opportunities: Pitch upsell opportunities to clients. Create, own, and track pitches and results driven.
Lead Meetings and Calls: Lead meetings and calls (alongside Partner Manager) for data review, optimizations, and recommendations (e.g., office hours, QBRs, client meetings, internal HBRs).
Drive Improvement: Enhance processes and strategies for better performance and efficiency.
Demonstrate accountability and execute deliverables in a timely manner.
Strategic Thinking: Align strategies and objectives, scale outreach.
Proactively fulfill tasks and communicate as needed.
Technical Knowledge: Conduct QA for integrations like Pixel and CAPI. Ability to quickly diagnose/troubleshoot low-level blockers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions independently.
Flexibility: Ability to work across multiple time zones. This is a requirement. Support international teams and meetings outside of standard working hours.
Requirements
Fluent in English (Mandarin is nice to have)
Proven experience in managing channel partnerships and executing advertising campaigns.
Strong technical skills, particularly in troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Proactive, accountable, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
36+ months experience with advertising programs, including at least 12 months managing mid-market/performance accounts
Experience with MMP and MAI campaigns.
Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration and escalation processes.
Ability to support international teams and manage time zone differences.
