About this role
Role Overview
Identify the best opportunities for the sales team through prospecting and lead diagnosis.
Qualify and screen contacts in the database via phone and email.
Confirm the prospect's interest and the customer's actual problem/pain point.
Convert leads into opportunities for the Sales team.
Requirements
Must reside in the states of Santa Catarina (SC) or Paraná (PR)
Availability for at least one "Office Day" per month (in-person in Curitiba or Joinville)
Experience in B2B pre-sales, preferably with software, technology, or services sales
Knowledge of SPIN Selling and Inbound Sales
Result-oriented with a systems-thinking and analytical mindset
Knowledge of Inbound Marketing
Experience with corporate learning systems (LMS) or related platforms
Familiarity with consultative selling processes, rapport building, and objection handling
Currently enrolled in or hold a university degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields
