Role Overview
- Administration of Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu and derivatives)
- Maintaining and creating Bash and Shell scripts to automate routines and provide operational support
- Performing preventive adjustments
- Supporting critical environments, ensuring high availability and reliability of services
- Administering application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic and JBoss
- Performing application deployments and troubleshooting
- Using ITSM tools to manage tickets, respecting SLAs and contributing to continuous process improvement.
