Set the long-term vision for domain management, including search, purchase, DNS configuration, transfers, renewals, and security.
Build seamless workflows for searching, purchasing, and provisioning domains.
Work closely with registrar APIs (e.g., Cloudflare) to expand TLD support and reliability.
Develop automated DNS setup flows for funnels, websites, email sending, and other services.
Reduce failure points and eliminate manual DNS complexity for users.
Build frictionless processes for: Transferring domains from external registrars to HighLevelEnsure compliance with ICANN and registrar-level requirements.
Improve SSL issuance, DNS management flows, error handling, and system monitoring.
Conduct interviews, study support tickets, and analyze user behavior to identify friction points and opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, design, support, billing, legal, and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality features.
Write clear requirements, run sprint priorities, validate releases, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
Requirements
5–6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, hosting, cloud infrastructure, DNS, or domain registrars
Experience working with infrastructure or backend-heavy systems
Strong UI/UX sensibilities and ability to work closely with designers
Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex frontend + backend product builds
Exposure to or interest in AI-driven workflows, LLM-powered assistants, and generative UI systems
Proven ability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and deliver with ownership
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
