Project Manager – Product Innovation

Role Overview

• Lead the planning and execution of an international innovation project with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Manage project deliverables, scope, budget, and timeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum
• Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
• Drive technological innovation by integrating new tools, processes, and best practices into the project lifecycle
• Support product development initiatives from concept to launch
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and commercial teams to define product requirements and roadmap
• Coordinate product lifecycle activities including development, testing, and market introduction
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, business objectives, and market needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within a technology-driven or innovation environment
• Experience in FMCG industry and working with physical products
• Experience in product development or product lifecycle management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures
• Solid understanding of technology concepts and digital initiatives
• Experience in managing international projects or distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving attitude and resilience under pressure
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
