As a Student Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of BARBRI.
Bring a strong desire to excel in an inside sales role.
Thrive in a high-energy selling environment, managing a significant volume of inbound activity.
Use your engaging communication skills to captivate clients and convey the value of BARBRI’s products.
Bring a high energy level and a positive demeanour to phone calls and meetings, engaging clients with your enthusiasm.
Understand and effectively communicate our product offerings, competitive advantages, and handle common questions with ease.
Leverage negotiation and influencing skills to convert opportunities and pursue upsell opportunities.
Own your student enrolment target on a course-by-course basis and provide regular accurate forecasting.
Follow established sales processes and best practices to achieve and exceed your targets.
Possess a solid understanding of general sales processes and principles to connect with clients and their needs.
Attend industry events to promote BARBRI’s products and services.
Requirements
Interest and experience in sales with a demonstrable track record in inbound sales, including achieving and exceeding targets.
Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for clear, persuasive, and influential dialogue.
Strong capability to negotiate, build rapport, and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
Highly professional demeanour, taking pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive reputation.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Supportive team player with outstanding organisational and time management skills, able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its functionalities and best practices.
Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
