Research, evaluate, and secure suitable venues that meet event specifications.
Source, negotiate, and contract vendors to support event operations and services.
Secure speakers and sponsors to enhance event value and audience engagement.
Support end-to-end event operations including registration setup, communications, shipping, onsite support, and post-event reporting.
Maintain communication with internal teams and assigned personnel to ensure alignment and task ownership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful programs that generate pipeline and strengthen relationships.
Deliver exceptional attendee experiences by creating polished, professional, high-touch moments that make events memorable.
Ensure consistency and scalability by contributing to best practices, templates, and processes that raise the overall quality of events.
Manage assigned events (such as smaller field events, partner-hosted programs, or customer dinners), taking ownership from planning through post-event reporting.
Track and measure success by supporting event reporting, lead capture, and ROI analysis.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a related coordination role, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
Fluent in German (written and spoken), skilled in translating event-related content and leveraging AI tools to streamline localization and adapt content across emails, websites, and presentations.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision and professionalism.
