About this role

Improve process workflows and create best practices documentation for highly transaction-based work.
Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate processes, policies, and programs.
Lead a team of Key People Practices Specialists who administer various tasks.
Partner with Business People Practices and the Communications & Branding team to provide input and collaborate on content for PP events.
Address inquiries and case escalations from Key People Practices Specialists.
Communicate regularly with the team on process, policy, or program updates.
Ensure compliance-driven processes are adhered to and consistently applied across the enterprise.
Coach Key People Practices Specialists who have an enterprise-based span.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field required.
7–10+ years of experience in People Practices with strong subject matter expertise.
Experience with Workday HRIS system.
Experience in compensation administration a plus.
