Translate business goals and market context into social-first strategies that drive measurable outcomes
Work closely with the data and insights team to turn category, audience and platform intelligence into strategic decisions
Work alongside Client Leads to gather essential client input, test assumptions, and consolidate them into one unified plan for content, community, commerce teams to execute
Create strategic frameworks and briefs that make activation smarter and execution clearer
Build campaign concepts designed to scale into 360 activations when relevant.
Define KPIs, measurement plans and attribution logic that prove brand and business impact
Requirements
8+ years in a senior strategy role at a social, creative or media agency
Fluent in English and/ or Dutch. An additional European language is a plus
Proven ability to design social strategies rooted in data, culture and platform behaviour
Track record of delivering frameworks that steer creative, creator and commercial teams
Strong understanding of platform mechanics, creator impact and online community dynamics
Clear grasp of paid media and full-funnel planning on social, knowing how awareness, consideration and conversion work together as one system.
Comfort driving strategic alignment, debate and decisions with senior (client) stakeholders
Structured communicator with an instinct for clarity and a mentor to colleagues with less experience
