Support the planning and execution of corporate events, from internal meetings to large company gatherings;
Provide proactive service to internal and external clients, ensuring promptness and courtesy in interactions, including communication with vendors;
Support scheduling of meeting rooms and event spaces, verifying reservations and logistical requirements;
Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, taking care of ambience, signage and basic technical support;
Monitor and organize inventory of materials and supplies, including office items, promotional gifts and coffee-break supplies;
Collaborate on event promotion, assisting with the distribution of targeted invitations;
Assist in managing guest lists, RSVP tracking and participant reception;
Support the preparation of support services such as coffee breaks, printed materials and signage;
Act proactively to resolve unforeseen issues, contributing to smooth operations and an excellent participant experience.
Requirements
Enrolled from the 2nd semester in Events, Public Relations, Business Administration, Tourism or related fields;
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows operating system;
Dynamic profile with strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude to manage multiple simultaneous tasks;
