- Define and execute the regional M&A strategy
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of targets
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions
- Drive post-merger integration
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on M&A experience
- Proven involvement in executing transactions end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and valuation
- Ability to operate across multiple countries
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel across the region
