Position: Test Manager   Banking (Conversion & Migration) Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid   2 3 days onsite) Duration: Long-Term Contract 
 Role Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Project Manager with strong banking domain expertise to lead conversion and data migration testing for a large-scale transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end testing efforts, ensure data integrity, and support successful cutover and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing for data conversion and migration projects

Define and implement test strategy, plans, and execution approach

Drive conversion testing (CD1) and ensure successful validation

Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and business continuity

Manage client communication, reporting, and escalations

Track and manage defects, risks, and deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and offshore teams

Support cutover planning and go-live activities

Experience Required

10+ years in QA/Test Management or Project Management

Strong experience in banking transformation and migration projects

Proven track record in leading large-scale testing programs
