About this role
Role Overview
- 1st and 2nd line technical support to users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of software (Windows, Microsoft 365, corporate applications)
- Troubleshooting of systems, networks and workplace environments
- Equipment management (provisioning, configuration, replacement and inventory)
- Preparation of documentation for technical procedures and best practices
- Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and automation of tasks and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in IT support (hardware and software)
- Good knowledge of Windows environments
- Experience with Office 365
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience or interest in automating processes and procedures using PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, or equivalents
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID
