Structure and maintain operational flows for FIDC, FIAGRO and securitization operations, from onboarding originators and debtors to asset settlement
Ensure compliance with CVM regulations, fund rules, internal policies and operational contracts
Coordinate processes with fiduciary administrators, asset managers, custodian, registrar/transfer agent, securitization companies and collection agents
Define, monitor and report operational KPIs, SLAs, risk indicators and portfolio quality metrics
Perform operational validation of new structures, series, classes, quotas and underlying assets/backing
Map, mitigate and monitor operational, regulatory and execution risks
Support product launches, restructurings and scalability efforts
Lead initiatives for process automation, standardization and continuous improvement
Ensure consistency between legal documents, systems, operational routines and regulatory reports
Serve as the focal point for audits, inspections and regulatory requests
Backlog management: Ability to create, maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Specification development: Ability to specify complex ideas clearly and concisely for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements analysis: Ability to analyze and translate client needs into specific product requirements
Data analysis: Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops and data analysis

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related fields
Experience in managing digital or software products, preferably in technology companies
Desired certifications in areas such as Scrum, Kanban or product management
Strong adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
Knowledge of Agile methodologies: experience with Scrum, Kanban or other agile approaches for project management
